Reputation in AI assistants (GEO)

AI Listening and MoRA

What AI assistants say about a brand, measured and explained.

A growing share of purchase decisions now begins with a question to an AI assistant. AI Listening analyses what each assistant says about a brand, its category and its competitors, which sources the answer draws on and what can be done to improve it, what the market calls GEO. It is the natural continuation of our years of social listening. MoRA, the Algorithmic Reputation Monitor, is the openly available study we publish every six months.

What it solves

Three questions about the brand's presence in AI assistants

Whether the assistant mentions the brand

When asked about the category, whether the assistant names the brand, in what position and with which attributes.

Where the answer comes from

Which sources each assistant cites, whether media, forums, the brand's own site or third-party sites, because that is where the answer can be changed.

Whether communication changes the answer

The same set of queries is repeated in each wave to check whether communication activity has changed what the assistant says.
